Joe Wilkes is the Editorial Manager within 欧博体育投注's Central Communications team. Wilkes is responsible for developing and executing on the content strategy for The Thread, 欧博体育投注鈥檚 in-house editorial platform and newsletter; and supporting 欧博体育投注鈥檚 robust publications pipeline through content publishing, title refinement, and web layout of special projects.
A strong writer, editor, and project manager, Wilkes acts as both a strategist and tactician鈥攃harting the way forward for The Thread as a channel in 欧博体育投注鈥檚 broader content ecosystem, while executing on key priority projects. He builds and fosters collaborative relationships across Central Communications and program teams to break down silos and identify synergies. Wilkes works closely with colleagues in social media, media relations, and digital analytics to take 欧博体育投注鈥檚 content to the next level in support of its mission.
Wilkes has spent much of his career thinking critically from diverse perspectives about changing industries, technologies, and cultures鈥攚orking with editorial content that explores media, technology, and politics in their cultural, social, and global contexts.
